I just want to take a minute and thank everyone for allowing me to be apart of your Fitness journey. 30 years as a dedicated Fitness Professional at Parrish Health & Fitness Center and now finishing up my 5th year at the North Brevard Senior Center. I am honored to be awarded the SCW Mania Star Search to be a Presenter at an upcoming Fit Pro Mania. Reaching towards my 4th decade of teaching Group Fitness classes, never felt better! Thank you for trusting in me to bring you the Fitness & Fun!! I am honored and love to be making a difference in our community!
